At Cen-Tex Sail Metallic Fabricators, we provide a wide range of capabilities suitable for large and pocket-sized scale projects. Our facility is 24,300 sq. ft. and contains the latest engineering science and equipment. We're proud to offer our customers not simply advanced equipment, but also collaboration with our team of engineering experts to assistance improve projects. We boast an engineering department with over xxx years of experience in the fields of design, engineering science, drafting, manufacturing and motorcar programming. We're known throughout our customer base for helping redesign made parts for production improvement, manufacturability and cost savings.

Forth with our engineering help, we have an Autocad blueprint second and 3D software and numerical control automobile for post programming. We also offer light amplification by stimulated emission of radiation cutting, waterjet cut, shearing, press braking and various other machines and capabilities.

What Nosotros Do

Laser Cutting

We have a 6 Kilowatt Fiber laser cutter on a 5' x ten' piece of work table that is able to cut through steel, stainless, aluminum, copper and brass in various thicknesses. Our laser cut is unmatched in power, speed and precision.

Press Brake

At Cen-Tex, we're able to precisely bend materials to our customers' tight tolerance project specifications. With our iii press brake systems, we offer precise, repeatable bending.

Waterjet Cutting

Our computer-controlled h2o-jet cut automobile packs a 60,000 PSI hydraulic pump in combination with garnet that creates a precise and annoying system. We are able to cut through all material types including metal and plastics through 6" thick.

Shearing

We have the shearing capability to shear blank and straight cuts through all textile types and grades upward to .250" thick.

Re-finishing Department

Our Re-finishing Department boasts grinding, re-graining and blending capabilities for function surfaces and to improve function appearance.

Welding

At Cen-Tex, nosotros take mig, tig and heliarc welding capabilities to create fabricated assemblies for any project.

Laser Cutter

Our 6 Kilowatt computer-controlled laser is unmatched in power, speed and precision. Tolerances held across the tabular array on almost cloth thicknesses are +/-.005." This laser boasts a 5' x 10' work tabular array travel with a shuttle table for loading and unloading speed of raw material and completed parts. This auto is able to cut material types and grades in a broad range of thicknesses including steel thicknesses from .005" to .750," stainless and aluminum from .005" to .500," and copper and contumely from .005" to .375."

Press Brake

Cen-Tex Sheet Metallic Fabricators has three land-of-the-fine art brake presses for bending materials. These include hydraulic presses that are 12' past 250 ton, 6' by 75 ton and half dozen' by 35 ton, and they are equipped with 4-centrality CNC back gauges for precision and repeatability bending. All brake presses share a large array of standard and custom tooling to exist able to curve all materials to meet all client needs and projection specifications.

Waterjet Cutter

This is a numerically controlled, highly-abrasive cutting system that combines water and garnet. The threescore,000 PSI hydraulic pump pushes h2o to the cutting head where the garnet combines with the water catamenia for the fast erosion procedure. The table work size is 5' x ten.' The process is able to cut titanium, bullet-proof glass, tile, granite, marble, Kevlar, plastic, prophylactic, ferrous and not-ferrous metals - everything except tempered glass.

Shear

At Cen-Tex Canvass Metal Fabricators, we have shearing capabilities for blank and directly cuts upwards to 12' long with all material types and grades from 20 ga (.036") through .250" thick. The shear has a back gauge for role size repeatability.
